The order was a day late so they said they would upgrade every item in my order after I called and told them there was more than just flowers in my order. The flowers delivered didn't even look like the ones I ordered, there may have been a couple extra flowers stuffed in there but I could do an arrangement better than that! And the fruit did not look very good, there were bruised bananas on the top. Again, something I could have thrown together. And the junk food basket, anyone could have done. For almost 200 dollars you think you would get something better!

This company is very customer-service oriented. They called when they found out the local florist they worked with did not have the same color flowers as advertised and asked if they could substitute. They gave me a choice of colors. The flowers were delivered 2-3 hours after that exchange. They were beautiful. I highly recommend this company. Service beyond compare.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
