Ordering from the site was easy and simple. I expected an immediate email confirmation of my order, and did not receive until I emailed my concern that my order was not acknowledged, leading me to believe that the order may not have been processed. I did receive delivery status updates, and pleased with the timely delivery from the florist. I was very disappointed with the product, Pink Tribute Spray. It looked pretty pathetic and sparse, and did not appear to be as full as pictured on the website. I am not sure if I would have upgraded from Deluxe to Premium would have made much difference. It was certainly paled by the other floral sprays surrounding it, which didn't help...where my first impression of the other products gave me a "wow" factor of elegance, fullness of the flowers, and vibrancy. I had to ask others where they purchased their flowers and in the future will call direct to their florist is local in the Bay Area, now that I have seen several of their products first hand...I am sorry that this order did not work out.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday and paid the extra express 4 hour delivery fee for my daughters birthday. I received a message 4 hours later that they couldn't deliver my flowers that day. Why did they tell me they could in the beginning and then wait 4 hours to tell me they couldn't. I called the customer service number and spoke with someone that apologized and said they could be delivered Monday, which was not acceptable to me. She then put me on hold and called around to the local florists and told me that she found a florist that was open on Sunday and they would be delivered then, with a note of apology and a free upgrade. I waited most of the day Sunday for my delivery confirm and finally called and checked on it and was told that it wasn't scheduled for delivery until Monday. I reiterated what I was told about being delivered on Sunday and was informed that they don't deliver on Sunday. So one of the customer service people lied to me. They delivered the flowers on Monday, two days after I wanted them delivered. I had my daughter send me a picture of the flowers and there is no way that these were an upgrade from what I ordered. I ordered the deluxe option to start with and the flowers she received appeared even smaller than what was pictured on your website.
You shouldn't tell people that you can deliver something that you can't and then wait 4 hours to say. "oh, nevermind we can't deliver it for another two days" It makes it way too late to find someone else. And then promise an upgrade when it isn't even close, like you didn't think I would find out.
Very poor business.

I have never had so many issues over flowers. They first called to tell me it was not going to arrive in the same day as promised. The next day around 2, they called to tell me some different flowers were going to be used in the arrangement and named off things I've never heard of, but I still trusted that it was going to be in good taste. Both times promised an "upgrade" for my troubles. I just received a photo of the flowers and they look absolutely nothing like the picture and I'm beyond disappointed with them. Will never buy from this site again, such a waste of my hard earned money.
