Terrible advertisement. I ordered online a flower bouquet for my mothers birthday. My mother received a much smaller, different for what I thought I paid for, it was 3x smaller than what the picture online looked like online. I did not receive all the flowers that were advertised online. I will not order again!

The flower arrangement was beautiful and exactly what I ordered. The ordering process was frustrating because I assumed the price included the next day delivery fee since the arrangement was specifically highlighted as a next day delivery special. However, the delivery fee was not included and you do not see that fee until the very END of the checkout process. The delivery fee should be displayed on the FIRST page of the checkout process.
