Florists was very rude, did not deliver flowers to correct address and did not try to make it right in a timely manner. Was informed that flowers would be delivers to a funeral by a certain time and they were not. Had to pick flowers up and take them to the funeral my self.
I placed 2 flower orders. The first one was 100% perfect.
The second i paid for expedited delivery (before noon) and they were about 2 hours late.
Customer service took care of me and gave me a refund for the expedited amount. All in All a great experience and will use fromyouflowers.com again

Good service, but a little too pricey. You should display the service charge right at the beginning, instead of pulling a surprise at the end. No one likes surprises, especially when you have to pay more money.
Easy ordering with reasonable prices and timely delivery but a little disappointed in the flowers themselves. Not as full or tall as the picture.
I did not care for having to pay after you messed up a day behind. I'm glad I got a discount and more flowers still I should have gotten them free after that mess up. I spent all night frustrated at the bad day I had at work then the fact I couldn't get these to my girlfriend on the day and time I paid for. Worst of all, EVERYTIME I needed to know an update. I had to call you!

I contacted the Customer service as the flowers that we received were not the ones we asked for, unfortunately the recipient was with me when we received thus I couldn't return them.
Customer service contacted me back and they ofered me a 20 % discount, which is good but is not helping in the overall shopping experience :(
After being on the phone for over two hours and late delivery for the order the customer service finally fixed the problem but it did not go at all as planned
I loved being notified of free shipping, but $50 seemed high for the type of product it was. It did make my sister happy though and that's what matters.

The balloons deflated much too fast! I would hope that something like this high float would be used and they would last much longer than 8 hours - very disappointed - my 2 year old Grandaughter cried because they were deflated when she woke up and didn't even get a chance to play with them, so I would have been better off to get nothing than have her disappointed in what we did get her:-(
I paid extra for same day and 4 hour del window so she would have lots of time to play with them since balloons are her favorite thing, but that was a waste:-(

My recipient sent me a picture of the flowers he received and they were no where near as nice as what I saw in the picture. I ordered a bouquet due to the Orange lillies and yellow flowers with dark centers since my recipients favorite flower is a sunflower and he likes Orange. I thought the yellow & Brown centered flowers reminded me of sunflowers, but none were in the arrangement he got. The Orange roses were more peach and there was only one Orange Lilly.
Very user friendly website. With regards to fees, however, I think expedited fee should take into account the same day fee. Overall wonderful experience ordering from your website.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
