Your prices are better than Pro Flowers! I have not purchased from you before, so I am curious about my cousin's reaction to the bouquet.
The flowers were advetized with a custom base on sale for 24.99 then when I saw the vase was extra, then there were more fees. It would have been nice to know that there would be so many fees up front instead of seeing them at checkout

I was very disappointed in the product. The one that I viewed on your website was spectacular. It looked to be overflowing and bursting with candy and treats, which is WHY I ordered it. When it was delivered, it looked lazily put together. It was "small", and certainly NOT an exciting display. It was put together with ONLY about 6 original sized treats, horribly overpriced. NOT bursting with treats as you offered on line. This was to be a SPECIAL GIFT for my 7 yr old nephew! I am BEYOND disappointed. I am requesting a FULL refund! I will CERTAINLY keep in touch to make sure this happens.

Took 3/phone calls to straighten out my order. I had mistakenly put in the wrong zip code and my order was out in lala land because no thought to call my phone. My order was not delivered the same day or was the arrangement the one I picked out online. All said and done they took off the same day cost and delivery was the next day. I will never order from this company again.
I ordered these flowers to be a surprise for my daughter in Houston. I included the whereabouts of her apartment (over garage in back), and her phone number. I paid extra for the quick delivery, thinking if the deliverer had any doubts, they would call her number, but he/she didn't, and my daughter didn't get her flowers until the next day after work. (I don't know if they were left outside the garage door in the back yard or on the front porch of the main house). When I didn't hear from her I texted to see if she'd got them, and she didn't realize. Wish the delivery person would have called her when unable to actually hand her the flowers. When she finally got them, she was delighted, exclaimed that they were beautiful.
My mom loved her flowers and I was more than satisfied with the quality of the arrangement. She sent me a picture of her flowers and they were exactly as I had ordered them.
Also, thank you for noticing (online) that I created an order then didn't complete it. You sent me an email with a free shipping, and that sealed the deal for me.

Easy ordering and speedy delivery with beautiful arrangement.
Overall the service was great. But what I chose online was not what was sent. I think what I saw was large candy bars but she received other things. BUT she was very happen with what she recieved and she told me it was packed full of very good stuff.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
