Easy and fast ordering. I chose expedited delivery, aka before noon, they flowers didn't arrive until after 4pm. I received a delivery confirmation at 1pm. Which by that point I was questioning her if she had received anything. Totally ruined the surprise. My only gripe. By the time I finally admitted to what I was talking about, flowers showed up 15 minutes later, or over 4 hours late.

I have just ordered flowers for my daughter and her roommate, first day of college. Easy to set up and order. Waiting that they are delivered today and are arranged as the example on website.
The delivery was for my niece and nephew and the deliveryman was very kind to them when they answered the door. He made the whole experience much more fun for them and I totally appreciate him!

I picked a flower arrangement online that was different from the actual flowers arrangement delivered. It did not have the white flowers as chosen in the picture. The photo online shows a white and pink roses but the actual delivery there were only pink roses. So it was not as expected.

Update: Flowers were beautiful...but not like the picture shown. The colors of the flowers and vase used were different. I personally was disappointed in the final product...but the receiver loved them. Wish they would have looked more like the photo though.
