TERRIBLE

To whom it may concern,

I place and same day delivery last night 8/20/******* that was suppose to be delivered today 8/21/2015 before 12 pm. At around 11 am I called in to check status and was informed that a my order was on hold and needed to be confirmed. I never received a call informing me of this and I had zero knowledge that there was even a problem with my order…. Very unprofessional. I was able to confirm the order and was informed that the flowers would arrive by 5pm. Again having faith in the company I sat around and waited for my girlfriend to call me very happy after receiving her flowers. Once again the promised time came and still no flowers. My girlfriend left work at 5pm with zero flowers or even a clue she had flowers on the way, again very unprofessional. I called in to see what happened and I was left on hold for over 19 mins after selecting the customer service option. While still on hold I called from another phone and pressed the new order option and I had someone on the phone in under a minute, again very unprofessional. I spoke to the rep and explained what had happened from the beginning to the end and she put me on hold once again for 10mins while she spoke to the florist. After a 10 min wait she came back to the line and informed me that there was a miscommunication with the florist and the order was never sent out, again very unprofessional. At this point the flowers meant nothing as my girlfriend already left work and never received or had a clue I sent her flowers. The rep on the phone offered to deliver sat for only a 20% discount…. Really? Again very unprofessional. I told her Saturday was pointless as she will not be at work and my order was for Friday before 12pm not before 5pm and especially not Saturday. She than put me on another 15 min hold to get me a refund. I would not recommend ordering from FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM as they do not take care of the customers nor do they take care of them when they make a mistake. I am very unhappy and I feel just 20% off only is a joke after the major mistake made by FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM….

The categories where it's sympathy, i love you, etc... give clarity on how you want the flowers to be received. Its a great service for a 1st time buyer but not the last from a younger generation.

The delivery was perfect. As after the day I ordered them My daughter ended up in the hospital. They found out and followed thru with delivering to the hospital.

I am VERY disappointed and will never use your company again. We placed an order for an early morning delivery to a FUNERAL. It was to be delivered by 9:45 am and I get a phone call from the FLORIST, not your company, at 11:30 am asking to speak with the person that passed away! Then I explained that she is deceased so she then asked me if its still ok to deliver? No I don't want you to deliver it AFTER the funeral is over and no one is there! I gave her an alternate address to deliver the flowers. I decided to call your customer service and spoke to a very nice rep named Ann - she assured me that she will handle and make sure it gets delivered to the correct address especially since the florist should have never contacted me and they would've been able to have a different florist deliver if they couldn't do it by that time. I called this afternoon to make sure it was delivered to the correct address and was told it was delivered to the church and not the alternate address I gave. The rep I got on the second call was no where near as nice as the first and gave me an attitude like it was no big deal. This wasn't flowers to send a friend to say hi... this was for someone close that passed away and not I cannot go back in time to make it right
Very Disappointed..

I was overall not happy with my experience you guys botched the delivery date And also the time She almost didn't even get the flowers the same day they were sent And then customer service after speaking to a manager was only willing to give me three $10 gift certificates to use in the future In my opinion the flowers the whole thing should have been free for I should have been offered another At no charge.very unsatisfied.
