I wrote the following prior to getting the flowers and the expedited delivery didn't happen was delivered closer to 4 than to noon. Shopping so far, so good, the real test is if the flowers are beautiful and get there when you say they will Thank you.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
