I bought the flowers for my manager birthday. And she loved them! I just feel like it was very expensive. $15 for handling fees and $5 for deliver before noon? Why?!

I don't like the Service/Handling charge which wipes out the discount. To me is not a discount.
Be careful about selecting a 1 day delivery - in the same week I had both an order not arrive to me when Saturday delivery was paid for, and I had sent condolence flowers for same day delivery and heard at about 6pm that they didn't make it there even though I assumed they had. I know miracles can't happen, but if a delivery is confirmed and a receipt is sent, I'm always going to assume my flowers arrived. 2x in a week as both sender and recipient showed me that's not always the case. Order ahead!
I ordered 2 baskets, the junk food one and a flower/plant one. I ordered on Tuesday night for a Wednesday delivery, the junk food came, but it it didn't look all that impressive (recipient shared a picture of it) and the plant basket did not arrive at all on Wednesday. I was just about to call today (Thursday) to inquire about the plant when the recipient emailed me a picture of it that it had just arrived. The only redeeming factor was the fact that I signed the greeting "from the Golf Girls" and in the plant basket was a golf ball and tee - that made it pretty cool. I definitely would buy another plant but doubtful on the junk food one - the idea was cute and perfect for this recipient, but I could have put one together with a LOT less money.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
