I was told I would get free shipping on my next order and just payed shipping. More talk than follow through. The flowers I receive were much smaller than what was shown and the arrangement was laking
FromYouFlowers offers pretty good flowers at a competitive price. My girlfriend loved her bouquet which is really all that matters. But there were two things that rubbed me the wrong way about FromYouFlowers: One is the $14.99 handling fee. I'm not opposed to paying it, but it seemed to come out of nowhere and made the price of the flowers come out much higher than I anticipated. I would appreciate if FromYouFlowers at least offered some explanation for the high handling price. Secondly, the flowers were not delivered until 3:00 or 3:30 during the workday, which ends at 5. I understand that not every order can be delivered at 9:00 or even before noon. But the late delivery time is something that might be able to be improved. Besides that, I like FromYouFlowers. They offer great flowers at a relatively affordable price *and same day delivery,* which is awesome. I would shop here again.

I am very displeased with the service that I paid $46 for. The card attached to the flowers was extremely sloppily written and the flower arrangement was not satisfactory. I could have bought something nicer looking at the dollar store. The order was supposed to arrive 9/3 by 2pm according to the additional fee I paid to have them delivered within 4 hours. They were not delivered. I called customer service, was told they would be delivered by 5 pm. They still were not delivered by that time, in fact weren't delivered until almost 7pm. By that time, my mother in-law (recipient) had already gone home which I stressed to customer service. I am extremely unhappy with how this service turned out and WILL NOT be using ever again nor will I refer people to use them,

Not enough product to keep the flowers in the pot and delivery was late.
Ordered same day delivery and an hour after guaranteed time I hadn't heard anything so I called to check on them. Customer service rep, David, talked to me in a condescending tone and rattled off a list for why my flowers hadn't even been started on. I'd rather call a florist direct and know who I'm working with.

I purchased the expedited delivery and it did not arrive within the four hours. I called and it was delivered successfully. I was told that I would be credited back the $4.99. I am hoping that this does happen. If it does, then I am satisfied and I will use fromyourflowers.com again.

I'm not upset with the price paid I'm upset with the amount of money paid for the product that was received the bouquet that was sent to my wife in the picture was more fuller and had more flowers to it what my wife received was a very pathetic bouquet of flowers that contained only six pink roses and a spray of lilies and a little bit of greenery the boat was very poorly done and it doesn't even look like a bow it just looks like a cluster of ribbon the delivery was fine and my wife was still okay and happy with the salt and the sentiment but when I saw the bouquet of flowers for the amount of money I spent on them I was very upset to see what she actually received

The delivery confirmations are a little confusing since sometimes you don't know if the product has been delivered yet, but...
Maybe if YOU could confirm delivery with the buyer and then the buyer could inquire of the recipient how the product was delivered and if it was good.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
