This is now my "go-to" site because the ordering process is so easy, delivery is fast and reliable, and the products are exceptional. Every recipient has been impressed. I even sent myself some flowers "just because".
My order ended up being a little higher than I would have liked, with the final charges.
I did not get to see my order since where they were sent is quite a distance away from my home, but I will get my sister-in-law to send a picture as soon as they get home from the hospital, then my rating could be higher for Products/Services Received. I just wasn't able to give a high rating when I have not gotten any feedback, and I don't think they would tell me if they didn't look just right.

The flowers are nothing like the picture even though I paid for the better bouquet there's no ribbon on the vase like in the picture I was at least hoping for a lot more flowers if I knew it would be like this I would have gone to a florist myself and picked out a bouquet

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
