What I order from the website pictures were not available, but the florist in the area did make the best attempt to make the flower arrangement with the kittens in it. My daughter was very pleased and surprised. It made her 21st birthday very special.
There is only one concern I have,the roses were fully opened that I think won't last long so my daughter can enjoy them.

Order arrived one day later and was not what I ordered!
I was not happy with minimum fee of 39.99 not including shipping and handling fees. I had to buy a big format, when I really preferred the smaller options, and still it would have been more than 39$. I ended up paying 60$, and that's where I was already not super happy...
But that's not the worse, I order same day delivery and the order was delivered the next day.
ALSO, the order my client received was not the one I had bought, I ordered succulents and they got a very different flower arrange.

I believe that I paid extra to get the flowers delivered quicker, but it took about 4 hours to deliver. Next time I'll probably won't choose that option. Besides that, I had a great experience. She loved the flowers and the arrangement. Also, the delivery fee may be a little high.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
