I found From You Flowers through Amazon and wanted flowers sent to my niece in another state as a big thank-you for a DVD she prepared as a milestone birthday gift for me. Their website was easy to use, the pricing very reasonable, and best of all, they included an indicator to show how much time I had left in which to order to ensure same day delivery. I placed my order at 9AM and they confirmed delivery by 12:30PM, on a holiday weekend to boot. I recommend them highly to one an all!

Customer service was good but I paid for the flowers to get delivered before 12 pm and they ended up getting there at 2 pm, that's what I didn't like but overall it's great

There was an issue with the recipient name and when we contacted the customer service person the first time she was rude and said she would send a message to the florist. We asked if she could call, no, can we please have their number so we can call... NO. Left us with the idea that too bad for us if the flowers were not delivered.
We called back an hr or so later since we heard nothing back and got a different CSA "Carrie" and she took the initiative to call the florist while we were on the phone to verify that they received the updated information. She found out that they did have the info and our flowers would be delivered by 5pm. Thank you Carrie! We felt a lot better that we knew everything had been resolved. She was very professional and helpful. Kudos to Carrie

Great delivery time and customer service. The only thing I choked a little bit on was the internet price of 19.99 ending being 42.99 when it was all said and done. Thank goodness I wasn't sending roses.

Expedited shipping option ($4.99). It is unclear what happens when choosing "No" and it ships during normal business hours. Leads me to believe it is only weekdays 9-5. Kind of forces you to choose expedited when shipping on weekend. Feels like an unfair business practice to "pad" prices.

I continued all the way to the billing screen and was surprised by the additional14.99 "service charge." This was not an up front cost I was aware of and I just think it's bad business to surprise customers at the very end of checkout with an unforeseen charge. See it from my eyes. Thanks though. I hope these flowers get to my wife in time for the Baby shower that I can't attend! Appreciate it.
