So far so good! The last time I tried to order from you the order didn't arrive. But I put that on the florist on the delivery end. This is another order to another part of the country and will see if they deliver today!

Everything was great until the very end when I was slapped with a14.99 delivery charge (unexpectedly). That was a nasty surprise.

Everything went fine, you have clear logic from the customer's point of view in everything. Now I had trouble because there was so much traffic and the last page jammed, hope I didn't press the order button twice!
Written later: I had not. For one sympathy flower order out of the five orders I placed, I used another firm. They did fine, too, except the type of flowers were not exactly what their picture showed.
Delivery was late...even thlugh I paid the premium for AM delivery.

Further to my initial complaints below, I have now seen a photo of what was delivered. 1) I ordered completely blue flowers - the delivered flowers were white with a couple of blue sprays. 2) I ordered a "Congratulations" balloon - the one delivered said "Welcome to new baby".
Having been charged $67.98 for a small basket of flowers and one balloon, I was further displeased that what I had ordered was not delivered. Two other comparable sites are charging $49.99 for 'small' flowers including delivery. I didn't see any reference to $14.99 being charged for service/handling while in process of choosing and ordering my flowers. This was a shock when I expected $52.99 to be charged and, at the end of the process, $67.98 was the total. Next time, I will shop around for free delivery.
