The Flowers were great and even though I placed the order last minute they were delivered quickly and when promised. The only time I was dissatisfied was at check out after seeing the advertised price and after I agreed to a $2.99 same day delivery charge the final cost had an additional expedited charge of $4.99 and a handling fee of $14.99 that was not mentioned until the final page of checkout. I would have been happier with my experience if the pricing was more honest upfront. I felt that after finding what I wanted and completing the order I went through with the extra charges because I had the extra time vested that I would of used to go somewhere else and look. However with the product I received and the happiness my wife had with the flowers my overall experience was still good

Was great until the end when I was slapped with a15.00 service handle fee. I almost cancelled my whole order due to that reason alone. I was mislead to see a price for flowers and vase and then bam...another fee pops up for14.99. Not cool. That fee needs to be up front so the customer knows exactly what they are going to pay. Also, they dropped the box of flowers off at her mailbox instead of taking it to her doorstep. The mailbox is on the edge of a hwy. Anyone could of grabbed the box of flowers. Very unprofessional. One of my moms neighbors saw the box and brought it to her house. This is my first time using this service and it will be my last. Sorry, not impressed at all. However, the quality of the product was very nice. My mom liked the flowers.

I ordered two arrangements for my grandmother and aunt to be delivered on my wedding day as they were unable to attend. I paid for the expedited shipping and a fee so they would be delivered prior to 11AM. I received confirmation emails for both orders.

Only one order was delivered. I called on Sunday and the customer service clerk was very apologetic, however she was only able to give me a larger bouquet and offered an apology letter for the delay. The fastest they could get the flowers out was Monday.

The service was great for my aunts order, bad for my grandmothers order and both were ordered at the exact same time to be sent to the exact same city, so it's a toss up if you want to use this service.

First time I have purchased from this company and let me tell you that From you Flowers has made me a believer. The flowers I purchased were for my wife's birthday. I was so amazed how fresh the flowers looked and just in awe in how they looked so very much like the picture from their website. She was happy, so I was happy. I would recommend From You Flowers and I will be a repeat customer for sure. The prices are lower than other online florists I checked out and the quality is second to none. Thank you for a great, hassle-free online purchase.
