Arrangement was smaller than displayed, the color scheme was not the same as the site, lack of fullesness in the arrangement. Overall disappointing.
I paid for same day shipping and expedited shipping and it did not arrive until the following day. I reached out and someone got back to me the next day. I was refunded my fees for same day/expedited shipping, but it was still a bummer that the recipient did not receive them the day she was supposed to.

I am extremely disappointed in the outcome of this transaction! This was my first and last time doing business with this company. I have ordered flowers MANY times and have never had any issues! If you are advertising a bouquet with certain flowers and a certain colored vase, the flowers should look as pictured. The arrangement I ordered showed lilies and the arrangement that was delivered was pretty but it didn't have a single lily or any other comparable flower. The lilies were the main part of the arrangement! Also the vase was not silver as listed in the item description. It was an ugly metallic pink. I had ordered 6 balloons and 4 of them were missing!?!? Aren't balloons the easy part? I wish I would have read some of these reviews before I ordered from this company but now I know what company NOT to use and NOT to recommend to others! From you flowers, you suck! This was a very special day for a very special person and I should be happy with the $76 order I made with your sub par company!
I ordered these for my mother's birthday. She sent me a picture of the flowers, and they are not what I ordered! I ordered the Stunning Peruvian Lily Bouquet in the medium price range, and this was NOT filled with an assortment of Lilies of different colors- this had one color of Lilies and two roses. And it was not a medium size bouquet. I am not happy with my order at all, and do not feel I got my money worth, nor is it at all what I ordered- not even close to the picture of the item online that I chose.

We had an unexpected death in the family. I made this order at midnight Sunday and you guys delivered at 9am that morning. I was completely blown away with how quickly you were able to do this and you didn't charge me a ridiculous amount. It meant the world to the person they were sent to. Thank you so so much. This was an easy process to order the flowers. We had a dear friend pass away and we were sending her flowers, however the picture that was portrayed to us on your website was not the flowers the family received. This was an unbelievable disappointment. I order flowers online all the time and this was the most horrible experience I have had of all time. I will let everyone I know about your website. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
