Thus far, the browsing and purchasing experience was wonderful. The delivery time was good too. I bought this bouquet of flowers for a friend of mine as a surprise and luckily she let me know that she received them. From the picture that she showed me, the bouquet of flowers that were delivered looked similar to the picture on the website. I will use this service again to buy and deliver flowers.
I would like to see shipping costs down but overall pretty easy. And the delivery though was early and great thank you!

Order flowers and you get leaves. Ordered flowers for my future daughter-in-law to carry at for her wedding. Picked out a beautiful white bouquet of flowers and no leaves at all, what we got was green leaves and one stem of flowers that weren't even open yet, not even close to being open, needless to say she wasn't able to use them and was very disappointed. And me I'm out $50.

What was advertised and what I received were vastly different. The picture showed a vase full of long-stemmed roses nestled in a flurry of carnations. What I got was 6 stubby roses with 8-9 carnations and I didn't buy the cheap package. I would post a picture if they let you. Bet I'll post on my Facebook page. Such a rip-off and spent almost $90.00.

Oh my goodness! WHERE do I BEGIN? The order was delivered exactly on time. The flowers are stunningly beautiful! I ordered a mylar balloon and got it AND a couple regular ones! Then, the BEST part of all! I ordered a LARGE Teddy Bear. It is absolutely perfect! This order was for my Mother who is in a nursing home in Florida and just turned 95. I have bought her flowers and teddy bears for years and years for her birthday, so even though I now live in Texas, I took the chance and ordered online. Thank you Fromyouflowers.com for making my Mom's special day, even more special!

Fromyouflowers.com promised same day delivery and waited until late in the day to call to tell me they could not deliver. Had I been notified earlier in the day I could have cancelled my order with them and gone through a competitor. Customer service takes 15 minutes to talk to a person and then they just offer you a coupon on your next order. THE WORST ONLINE ORDERING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
