I loved how convenient it was to order the flowers online and have them delivered the next day to my friend. Although I ended up getting to the hospital by the time it was delivered and I actually took it from the nurse station into her room with me. The flower arrangement was much smaller than I thought it would be. But she was happy. As an afterthought, it would have been less expensive to have bought flowers and take them to her when I visited. On this occasion, I just wasn't sure if I would be able to leave work and visit her, so it was a good "just in case plan".

I would have liked to see a picture of my order at checkout. The ordering process is more difficult than it should be. There was no option to edit the order. It arrived as I requested and it was nicely done. Very pleased with the product. Not so much with the website.

The service and handling was expensive. I paid nearly double what the arrangement was worth due to this charge. There were some flowers that were left out of the arrangement that made it look "blah."

I am furious! I sent my friend flowers after a hard delivery with her daughter. The flowers she received looked like $20 bouquet and I paid $60. I will never use your site again and I will make sure to post on fb and leave ratings so others can see this arrangement!
