I ordered sympathy flowers time sensitive. A casket piece and they arrived late. No one called me that the funeral director said the last name was wrong so the local florist would not deliver it. Number 2 order today. Drama to ship get well flowers to Canada. New girl with supervisor help gave me wrong prices after 35 min on the phone. The supervisor oct 2. Would not honor her mistake. I will never use this company I highly do not recommend. Hold times are outrageous to get through also. Supervisor did not sound sincere real attitude! The poor new rep improperly trained

The online ordering was fast and easy. They had a wide range of flowers to choose from. They delivered my flowers on time and the flowers were in great condition. My wife said that they were some of the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. I anticipated a little larger display of flowers (taller stems) but other than that I have no issues at all. If my wife loved them, I love them! I will be using this service again for future orders.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
