I was not pleased with the hold that was placed on my account because I used my boyfriend's card to pay for the flowers. We share that account but my card had expired and I had no choice but to use him. The hassel of him having to call in and verify almost made me cancel my order entirely but I was on a time-sensitive deadline. If I had not been on a deadline, I would have cancelled my order. But thanks for getting the products there on time. I appreciate that, at least.

I bought these for my mother on her birthday. I ordered them late last night and opted for the extra charge to guarantee delivery by 12 at her business. They arrived somewhere between 9-10:00. I was very pleased with the timely delivery. I chose the medium size. It included at least 4 large lilies, and at least 3 more buds to bloom so they last longer. Very happy customer here... And so is my mother on her birthday :) (I always buy my mother's flowers here...I'm never let down!)

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
