The flowers delivered looked vastly different from the product I ordered, while I understand it will not be identical, there was A LOT of "filler" and only 2 roses. The vase was completely different as well, which was disappointing as that was what I really liked about the arrangement. Also I had quite the sticker shock at the end of my order...your "handling fee" is steep and not shown before the payment window.
You have teddy bears and no one else seems to have any so you get a good grade from us.

Just to let you know flowerdeliveryexpress are a bunch of idiots. I ordered from them and they screwed it up so bad, I just looked online and found your company and this experience has been great. I just hope you get the flowers to my friend quickly. Flowers got there in a timely manner and she was ecstatic at the beauty of the arrangement.

Excellent i was looking for Bumble bee get well and you had i was so happy.gave one to a friend 4 years ago loved it hopefully my granddaughter gets the Bumble Bee arrangement and not a substitute arrangement.Well i saw the arrangement today the bee was great and a few sunflowers it was blah looking pic shows white daisies with it and one taller stem {sunflower taller} standing behind the bee the white flowers would have made arrangement pop like in the picture.oh well at least it was the bee and it was delivered.The Bee is awesome!

When I order a WEEK ahead of delivery date, I would expect a morning delivery, not afternoon so recipient can enjoy all day.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
