I decided after that to pick the florist designed bouquet because it said best value. There was a regular, deluxe and premium. I went with the Premium because it is a special Birthday, with balloons. I paid $66 and the picture she just sent me thanking me for the flowers looks like it is the regular bouquet. I would hate to see what the regular and deluxe actually look like.
