I think your delivery fee is outrageous.
Picture looked a nicer and bigger. When my wife recieved the flowers sent me a picture and looked like if I bought them at a grocery store. Was not impressed, price was expensive.
I placed my order online, then called customer service to follow up with a few questions. The rep that I spoke with was very nice. She called the local florist that would be making/delivering the arrangement and was able to discuss my request with them, and confirmed that they would fulfill my request. At this point I was very impressed with their customer service- Until the next day a little before noon when another customer service rep called me to say that the florist could not make the white standing spray that I had ordered. This day was hard enough on my family without having to worry about something like this. I asked what standing arrangement could they make for me, but was told they could only make a basket. I do not understand why they did not tell the customer service rep the day before, when they were on the phone discussing my request with the sash that they were unable to make standing arrangements, I obviously would have called another florist that day, instead they waited until noon the next day (when we had asked for the order to be delivered by 1pm) I honestly was speechless, who does this to a grieving family? Luckily my family found another local florist who had a beautiful standing arrangement delivered shortly after 1pm -But I am horrified by this experience, and unfortunately would be too afraid to ever use From You Flowers again.
Fast and simple service
Price was definitely more than I wanted to pay. Initial flower cost was discounted but there were extra fees for next day delivery and a handling fee. I ended up paying what I normally would at a regular florist.

I got busy and forgot to order my usual birthday gift for a friend. I got on fromyouflowers.com found what I needed, requested same day delivery and it was there within 3 hours. Very happy with the service and my friend loved her candy bouquet. I will definitely use them again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
