We requested same day delivery and were expecting them to get there toward the later time we were quoted. To our pleasant surprise, it was only a few hours until our friend let us know the flowers were received. We were impressed and will continue to shop here for future flower needs.

I had to place the order twice. Something didn't work the first time. Customer service was helpful. I don't like all the hidden costs. Person I sent the flowers to was pleased. That is all that matters!
The flowers didn't look like the picture. They didn't have any Lillys like the picture shows.
You failed to deliver on time, promised me a 20% refund and reimbursement of delivery charges and then failed to do that. I will be leaving a negative feedback for this company every chance I get for the rest of my lie. Liars!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
