Ordered flowers for Saturday delivery, received email saying it didn't happen but they would upgrade it and do it on Monday. After then reading reviews I cancelled the order. So disappointing for me and the young couple I was sending the flowers to :(

My experience from dealing with youflowers.com was very good. The arrangement was almost identical to the photo that I chose online and they arrived on time and in very good condition. The cost of the arrangement shown online is why I was attracted to order online, but then realized, after reviewing the final cost, it was basically the same as it would be with a delivery from a local florist. Overall it was easier and quicker to go through this site. (However, these were delivered on a Sunday, which is when I needed them to be delivered. I am unsure if a local florists deliver on Sunday, so that was a bonus.)
