I hear the flowers that were received were beautiful and much appreciated. However, we were buying flowers for a gentleman and picked an arrangement that included only sunflowers and green hypericum. The arrangement that was received had pink flowers, exactly what I was avoiding.
No one answered the three times I called and I was on hold for 20 minutes each time!

Surprised at the handling cost, also I had ordered the flowers on Oct. 7th for delivery on Oct.12, but they were delivered on Oct8, totally ruining the surprise for my daughter and her birthday, when I contacted customer service, they contacted someone and had another delivery on Oct. 12, which I agreed to, but still am disappointed.
Needed a Saturday delivery and ordered Saturday, purchased through you because your site said they could do a Saturday delivery but turns out you couldn't and gave me the weekend fee and a $10 dollar credit that I have to use within 2 weeks so really nothing discounted at all unless I make a purchase in the next 2 weeks which is unlikely.I might as well of used the florist in the town my mother lives in and had them delivered on Monday when your flowers arrived,so not really happy with the purchase since it was important to have them Saturday, maybe if the credit was for a longer term or at least give me a refund on the weekend delivery fee that never happened it would take the sting out of not getting what was paid for
The problem that I had with my order is that the arrangement did not look anything like the photo of what I ordered! And it was super small! The picture of the one I ordered was full and pretty!
Unfortunately I received the wrong product on the wrong day. The delivery florist screwed up and they acknowledged that. The redelivered the correct product on the correct day.
I ordered 2 dozen premium LONG stem roses but what I got was about one dozen LONG stem roses and the other dozen were super short. So they are extremely uneven and look funny in a vase

I would like to see a picture of the flowers before being delivered. Most of the time you don't see them. And most of the time the customer thanks you and doesn't say they were crappy or know that you paid for extra and maybe didn't get them.

The flowers were beautiful and matched the picture very closely! I had to contact them because they changed the venue on one of my orders and they quickly corrected the address for me, all over email!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
