Delivery gentleman had a little problem finding the address so called me and verified. Then found with no problems and he was very nice and polite!
Easy, and good selections. The flowers delivered followed the color scheme of the order but the lacked a real representation of the flowers I had picked out. The flowers delivered were quite different and probably not worth the money I paid for after comparison.
The website said that If I ordered by a certain time, my order would be delivered the following day. But in fact it was delivered a day late.
Furthermore once you add all the extra shipping and handling charges the order's price was almost 40% higher. I really do not appreciate this. Just give me the price straight up and give me "free standard shipping", that is, include it in the price already.
Apart from that I was satisfied with my order.

This website was absolutely terrible to use. Everything is ridiculously expensive. I bought a bouquet of flowers for $42 and some change and paid extra for them to be delivered that day. Were they delivered on the day I wanted them to? No. And then they gave me a $12.19 credit that covered absolutely nothing. Please save yourself the website visit and find another place to buy flowers from.
You are a local florist and you are charging me $15 for shipping and handling? I called your business and waited 15 mins. No one ever answered! But the flowers were very nice and delivered in the morning which is two big pluses...
The delivery arrived very quickly after I ordered. It was a short vase and the flowers were different than what I thought I was ordering. Still very pretty. My Mom liked them very much.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
