Flowers arrived as scheduled but I was disappointed in the size of the basket display. For the price I paid, it should have been twice that size. When your pricing out the order, there is no mention on the web site for the additional $3.00 charge to have it delivered on the day of order and especially the $14+ dollars shipping an handling until after you have put in you credit card information. This information should be up front so you can see what your total out of pocket expenses are to be.
Don't think I will ever use this service again.

Loved the selection and the ease of doing this. My only thing was that it didn't look quite like the picture I selected it from. My boss absolutely loved them but I thought they looked a lot smaller that what the picture revealed. I would still order from you again though!

Customer Service was excellent

Customer Service was excellent. The concern that I have is we originally paid extra for morning delivery as our boss has an afternoon meeting to go to and will not return today. We got the delivery in early afternoon right before she had to leave for her meeting. Customer Service credited the expedited delivery fee. They also said they were sending a gift certificate.

I would recommend that you rethink the florist that you utilize. I paid for a premium arrangement and I would not consider that I received anything but the regular arrangement, not even a deluxe. Considering this was being sent to our boss for the whole office, it was disappointing.

When I ordered I had selected a grade above so I could have delivered. Flowers came after lunch and look half wilted. It looks like it just has the minimal amount of flowers required. I will NEVER order again. This was a gift to our manager and when the flowers finally showed up I was embarrassed that this is what we ended up paying over $50 for (shipping included)
