The flowers were beautiful the only comment I have is that the arrangement was slightly smaller than stated but again very, very pretty. The follow up feature is very nice in that it shows the company does everything possible to ensure quality service and a quality product. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

It was easy to pick and choose and liked the option to select the vase on some flowers arrangements. Also more variety of flowers to choose with a good deal. Would like to see the option of having them deliver at certain time or around certain time of the day. But still the delivery was great timing.
I like the ease of the online ordering. I just wish there weren't so many additional charges after you've made your selection. I would prefer those included in the the original price.

Thought I had ordered from you before but when I called customer service to check on the total price I realized I had not. I was completely surprised to find that I was charged $14.99 for checking the before noon box For delivery. I will watch for this should I ever order again, which is most unlikely
The website is easy to manage with so many options and add-on options available. The actual arrangement on line was full I paid for the full upgrades to platinum or delix option. There was 2 small sunflowers, 3 tulips and 3 roses cut and standing very high out of the vase. There were a TON of snap purple flowers that were used to fill the arrangement. I paid $80 for something that looked as though I bought it at the store.
