Ordered from them once before. Recipients were pleased so I decided to make a second purchase for my mother in laws birthday. We paid for a premium arrangement of fall colors...what shge received was no where near what we ordered. Small, wrong colors, and stuffed with huge green leaves to make it seem bigger. We even paid the extra fee to have it delivered by noon...she got it at 2:00. Not happy. Will not be ordering from them again.

The florist did not call before delivery, the recipient was out of town and the flowers sat for over 24 hrs. It was cold in Ohio but the flowers survived. I am hoping this was an oversight and that the florist usually calls before delivery to make sure someone is home.

Wasn't delivered in four hour time that I paid extra for. Flowers were very skimpy. Picture showed a very full arrangement. Balloon was not fully inflated!
I had to call several times to get confirmation and still didn't get the end of the day. The local florist did not communicate delivery.

If it weren't for your discount, I probably would've shopped elsewhere. I don't know why the service fee is so high, like a third of the price of the flowers. Arrangement received didn't look as full as photo provided for the medium size, but the flowers looked same. $10 discount made up for it.
My mother received 2 dozen roses, while I had ordered a rose and lily arrangement. I understand that substitutions may need to be made due to product availability, but I received neither notification of the change nor a choice of between various other available options.

The flowers were scheduled for delivery on October 18, my moms birthday, but they actually arrived October 17. Not a problem, but I had hoped to surprise her on her actual birthday. She was very pleased with the flowers, and I will definitely consider fromyouflowers in the future.
