Bouquet was advertised in a mason jar - delivered in clear glass vase. Deluxe arrangement was nice but not in mason jar.

Well a few things went wrong. I paid for the flowers to be delivered early to my fiancée (paid an an extra 8 dollars). The flowers we delivered to the warehouse, should have been delivered to the front desk. If I did not call and track myself she would have not received her flowers on her birthday today. She had to go to the warehouse herself to pick up her flowers...some surprise. The early flowers got to her at 1:45. I would suggest that the delivery of any flowers to a hospital be to the front desk and not the shipping department. In all honesty the shipping department is slow about processing things especially personal items.
Can not say thank you enough,my daughter turned 21 today and as I live out of state,you were able to let her know I was thinking about her today,as well as delivering them to her work 16 minutes after she clocked in thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
