Worst experience ever! Not only did they not send the order, it was on our Anniversary. This company totally 100% let me down. I cannot say anything positive about this company at all. I followed up with them 5 times with 3 calls and 2 e-mails only to finally get a representative at the end of the day to tell me he can't even reach the vendor who was supposed to deliver. What a huge disappointment. Now, I have to make this up to my wonderful wife of 14 years who absolutely deserved better. Thanks for the biggest let down I've had in years. You really did a great job of disappointing my wife on our Anniversary.

Very prompt delivery and beautiful boquet
Exceeded expectations. Normally when I order flowers and gifts from a flower website they don't look half like they appear on the website even when you buy the size they claim is pictured. I had three orders with From You Flowers over a two day period and EVERY SINGLE ONE of the three orders looked just as good, if not better, than the website, was delivered on time (including a same day order I placed shortly before their cutoff), and delighted the recipients. HIGH RECOMMEND.
I'm overall very satisfied. I paid extra for early delivery and they were still deliveries after noon but oh well. The flowers were not as pictured but they were actually better in person.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
