The flowers look nothing like the photo. It is not a full bouquet as shown in photo. I know that it is suppose to be close, but there are not that many blooms compared to the one in photograph. I am disappointed that this was for my wife to celebrate our anniversary.
It just looks like a vase with flowers i could have arranged in a vase. And for less money. I don't think I will try this as a means of purchasing flowers for my wife again. Although, she seemed happy, I knew that it seemed skimpy compared to arrangements I usually send to her. I'm sure she was slightly disappointed, but wouldn't tell me in order to not hurt my feelings. Ordering was extremely simple, great selection, reasonable pricing. Excited to see the quality of the flowers.
The flowers were very pretty, they were delivered "ASAP" which turned out to be nearly 4PM but they were "same day". The flowers were advertised approximately $50 and with card, a few balloons, and "local" delivery charges the final cost was over $100. The flowers and the effect they had was worth the $100 but there is no need to "pad the bill" to make up profit to advertise competitive product prices. If a $50 arrangement will end up being double to deliver, there's no need to nickel and dime to make up "competitive" pricing.
Overall I was satisfied, but I was a bit disappointed in the balloon that was delivered with the flowers. It was a bit deflated. The flowers were very pretty though!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
