I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the flowers that were delivered. I ordered the Fresh as Lavender Tea Cup and upgraded to premium option. I ordered this particular arrangement for the purple color. The arrangement had 3 pink roses, 2 carnations, a few daisies and filler. It was not in a purple tea cup as indicated in the description but in a green vase.

Was very easy ordering the flowers. The o lay problem was I paid for the bigger arrangement but it didn't look big at all. Was a little embarrassed when she took the picture and sent it to me. I would love to order from here again if the flowers were what the photo showed
I ordered same day shipping and had to contact you guys directly to learn that my order would not be delivered same day. I was promised it would be at its destination by 11am the next day and my same day fee would be reimbursed. I called you again at 1130 and was told the flowers would arrive at 1. Poor communication. Still haven't recieved a confirmation email regarding my same day fee reimbursement.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
