The flowers have not been delivered yet...I don't know what it looks like until they receive them. I think they should have been delivered early since its at a work place and they can enjoy them most of the day. The shipping charges should include early delivery since it was expensive to ship.
"handling fee?" come on. Maybe if you included that up front, or in the price, i'd use you again. But i won't. Disappointed the price went up $15.00 at the last moment. And wow, your website certainly portrays getting more than what is true. Ordered the large, and it was anything but. Very disappointed.

Ordered same day delivery at about 11:30 am. Flowers were delivered same day as promised. Recipient was very pleased. I should note that recipient is in a rural area of NH and another delivery services had been unable to accomplish delivery.

I did not like that I found out about a $14.99 handling fee until after I logged into PayPal to make payment and then was sent back to the website. I went to Paypal thinking it was a good deal around $45 and then $2.99 shipping fee so it would have been under $50. Instead after returning to the site, it was almost $65...I will NOT recommend this site except when I tell others about this almost hidden cost.
I was unhappy last year I paid for free delivery u still charged me than this year u tried to charge a card I cancelled for the free delivery this mouth. I call & talked to gail I think was her name. She was going to call me back. NOT A WORD!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
