I am happy with the quality, and type of flowers. I do think it was a bit over priced. I am happy with the flowers though.
Everything was easy to do. Since I sent them to someone else - I do not know how the product was, but my friend called and said they were beautiful.
Quick and easy tonuse easy to order but not happy with the delivery. Ordered on a Wed. To be delivered the following Friday as a surprise for my sister who was retiring that day. Order never came until Sat. After I "chatted" with them at 9 PM Friday night. Very unhappy with the delivery service!

Ordered at noon delivered at 245. I didn't get to my messages until after 6. Apparently the original arrangement delivered had 2 flowers that looked a little beat up or wilted. I came to find out the the company, on their own without prompt from anyone, replaced the original arrangement with a beautiful fresh arrangement 2 hours later. I'm pleasantly surprised at their ethic and standard of service. I will definitely use them again.
