There was an issue with delivery on Sunday but it was handled very well by customer service.
Service/handling fee seems a bit excessive.
They mislead their prices! The customer service representative was polite and finished up the complaint call by checking on the status of my delivery but the bottom line is, their site should not offer you a supposed sale price AND a discount code. Instead of accepting the discount code, they should let you know that the price already includes the discount code. I was expecting a discount that did not really exist! Silly me... NOT!
I thought there were to many daisy's in the arrangement. The one I ordered had yellow alstroemeria in it. Disappointed in the arrangement due to the daisy's.
I will never order from this site again or recommend it. The order was received on time, however it was not what I ordered and I was quite frankly embarrassed from it. The vase was wrong. The amount of flowers was wrong and the size due to the incorrect vase being uses was wrong. It looked cheap and didn't provide the feeling that it was intended to because it was so small and just not special looking. It contained 3 sunflowers in a 3x2 glass vase, and you can see from my ordee that is not what was supposed to be delivered.

The flowers were delivered pretty late in the day, but overall it was good.

Was surprised at how easy the entire process was. Hope the flowers are anywhere near as nice as they appear. Would have liked to add a ribbon with message but saw no option to do so.
11-9 One of the two arrangements was very nice, well worth the price. The second arrangement was very small & although in a beautiful vase it was worth no where near the price I paid. I am grateful that my request for a change in delivery address was responded to so simply. Overall I was pleased with your service except for the one arrangement.

I wanted a 19.99 order and ended up with a 58.00 order...so I backed out and you gave me 14.99 off. So I went for that bouquet.
I mad the mistake of using these guys a few times. The last time I paid for same day delivery, the company sent me an email saying my flowers were delivered. I get home and asked my wife; did you like the flowers? She said what flowers? They never delivered it! Another time before that I ordered the deluxe version and the arrangement came with two roses. NEVER AGAIN!
