The only issue for me was that it was too speedy.
I tried to order on a Friday and specify a Monday delivery, but the flowers got sent out on that same Friday. Please make the delivery date a little more clear in the ordering process.

Shopping and placing the order was very easy. I liked how you give a full description of whats in the basket and all mention that not everything might be available, but something of same value will be put in there. Now we will see what shows up to finalize my review.

Great had a fun experience
The flowers received look so little like the photo online. There are no big orange daisies and way less flowers total. I didn't order the cheapest option either. It said what was pictured is what I would get. Plus they got there late. The customer sv operator said she would return the $4.99. But very disappointed in the bouquet.
Very easy and quick to place an order. My dear friend received her flowers right on her birthday and sent me a text telling me they were beautiful and just perfect for her. She described what she received and it is exactly what I ordered! Extremely pleased and plan on sending another arrangement to a friend for Thanksgiving, and at a discount that I earned. It can't get better than that!

The picture on the website, and what was received were two totally different things. When I send flowers in the future, I will definitely figure out some other way to send flowers. Very disappointed with what was delivered.
It was fast and easy. However, when the order was received it was poor quality. The flowers were wilted and the greens torn and brown.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
