I was very glad that I had the help of From You Flowers when I had trouble with my order. The florist that was contracted to send my order, sent them on the wrong date (a whole week before they were to be sent) which blew the surprise for my recepient. Next, when my recepient sent me the photo of the flowers/balloon combo that I had ordered, I was disappointed to see that the bouquet was miniscule and only one balloon when I had ordered three. When I contacted From You Flowers, they were apologetic and helpful. They made sure that the order was sent again on the right date and that the flowers were more substantial and correct number of balloons were sent. They seem genuine in their response to making sure that I was satisfied. I would recommend them again because if I didn't have them on my side to get this corrected, I don't think I would be happy with having to deal directly with the florist.
Ordered a "bursting with joy" bouquet large format from From You Flowers to be delivered to my bride the day before our wedding and paid a total of USD 83 for it. The bouquet which was delivered didn't look at all like the one featured on the website and looked like a USD 5 bouquet from Walmart in both shape, composition and size.
My fiancée thought it was a bad joke.
I emailed From You Flowers to complain and all I got was a 50% refund. Considering the circumstances that's not enough and this should warrant a full refund.

Should show service charges before check out
The flowers arrived on time and were nice. I felt like the delivery fee could have been a couple dollars less and displayed before I went to check out so it didn't come as a surprise. Other than that it was a good experience.
