I ordered balloons for a 7 year old boy's birthday. The name to which the card was addressed was a non-androgynous, definitely "male" name. The photograph on the website showed gender-neutral balloons. We were sent 2 neutral balloons and 3 pink unicorn-themed balloons. The card was printed on a background of light pink roses, and the packaging was pink and white paper. He took it well, but I would have preferred a gender-neutral or classical boy-themed assortment of balloons.

The flowers were fresh and fragrant but, looked nothing like the picture on the website. I ordered a blue and yellow bouquet and got an orange and whie. Also, the picture I chose was a lot more full and bigger looking than the actual bouquet. Also, I was shocked at the amount of additional charges. They were extravagant. Taxes should be the only add on.

Liked your choices, but I initially chose the $55.00 choice after discount. When I got to check out I did not get the discount.
1st time buyer. Sent birthday flowers to my daughter. She sent me a pic and they are beautiful. Easy access to ordering. Everything was quite simple. If I had one drawback it would be that, being a 1st time buery, you provided me a coupon but I was not prompted on how to access that coupon during checkout. Maybe next time. The flowers came from a shop called Springdale Floral and they were awesome.
When you advertise flower delivery, the service fee should be included in the price, not added at the end. Also, the fee is almost 1/3 of the original cost. Total price should be shown before I enter all my credit card info, not after.
The product arrived on time and looked almost as good as the photo on the product page.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
