Orderex a "Deluxe" flower arrangement with a box of chocolates, with expedited shipping.
The flowers were all wilted and dying, chocolates were never delivered, and the shipping was an entire day late.
I called Customer service about the issues and they fought me to give a refund. They finally said they were ONLY going to refund me the price of chocolates and expedited shipping fee. This was a month ago, and I still havent gotten my refund. Everytime I call them to ask where the money is, I am put on hold for 15-20 minutes and they say "check with your bank" or "we did it on our end sooo.". I already did call my bank and they said there was nothing being witheld on their end. A month later, I am still waiting for my measly refund! From You Flowers is absolutely horrible! Their 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed promise on their website is a lie! And their customer service rep's are mindless! I have never hated a business so much. They are completey unapologetic. It's no wonder they are rated a 1 out of 5 on every website I have seen.
Ordered a happy birthday bouqet which cost over $60 and got something that looked totally different and could have been the quality of a dollar store. They manager wouldnt refund me! Only offered a 50% discount for something i didnt order!
Several months ago I was invited to order flowers and receive "free shipping for life." I ordered flowers for my elderly parents, thinking that shipping or delivery is fairly expensive each time I send them flowers. I have not been able to use the "free shipping for life" code yet, even though I have ordered flowers twice since. I am guessing that it's because there were other "special" prices when I ordered. However, my last order was a "same day delivery" special that I chose not to have delivered for several days, since it was for Veteran's Day. Why couldn't I use the free delivery code for that?
The arrangement I ordered was modest but nice looking. The arrangement my Fiancee received was as pathetic as Charlie Brown's Christmas Tree. Any professional selling such a package should be embarrassed.
