I called customer service to order and after I gave all my credit card info, I was put on hold and then got cut off. When I called back they could not find my name and order. They took my phone number and said they would locate the order and call me back. 2 hours later I called back and they said they could not find my order. So I just went back online and placed the order myself. Was not happy with the personal customer service.
VERY NICE FLOWERS
We ordered a fruit basket for a relative who recently had surgery. There was an issue with the local provider delivering the basket on the same day that the order was placed. We were contacted immediately by a very courteous and helpful customer service employee. The whole shopping experience was excellent. We have been notified by the recipient that the basket was delivered today as promised and is full of beautiful fruit. We will definitely shop with fromyouflowers.com again!

Comparably priced to FTD; PRO-Flowers; 1800-Flowers. Has edge on merchandise and delivery notification.
The premium order I requested looked like a bad gas station bouquet. It was the worst color combination and cheapest flowers I've ever seen. Plus, a giant, tacky, pink bow to distract from the arrangement. I've learned my lesson- never order flowers online again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
