It was grateful for the free shipping discount sent to my email address, but I didn't like that all the fees weren't clear from the beginning, and that I had to go through the entire process to figure out what I'd be paying. It doesn't feel great that I had to leave something in my cart in order to get a bigger discount. I'd shop here again if these discounts were more up front.

After having to contact customer service 5 times, flowers delivered. But flowers that were delivered were not like the ones pictured, not as full. Girlfriend pleased to get flowers she was happy.

I received a phone call from the shop and informed me that my flower could not be able to deliver on the date I ordered. The place I sent my flower is not far away, just 2 miles but they said that they needed to close the shop early today. Please understand that it was a birthday flower and needed to be sent on that date. Besides that the website indicated my order would be sent on same date. Too bad!

ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO I ORDERED FLOWERS AND A BALLOON FROM U GUYS AND MY DAUGHTER NEVER GOT THE MYLAR BALLOON WE PAID FOR AND WE NEVER GOT OUR MONEY BACK FOR IT EITHER.
