It was grateful for the free shipping discount sent to my email address, but I didn't like that all the fees weren't clear from the beginning, and that I had to go through the entire process to figure out what I'd be paying. It doesn't feel great that I had to leave something in my cart in order to get a bigger discount. I'd shop here again if these discounts were more up front.

These flowers were order from my father just as a cheer up. My mother passed away about 5 months ago and I just wanted to give him something to let him know I was thinking about him. He told me they were so nice nice he cant stop looking at them.
I received a phone call from the shop and informed me that my flower could not be able to deliver on the date I ordered. The place I sent my flower is not far away, just 2 miles but they said that they needed to close the shop early today. Please understand that it was a birthday flower and needed to be sent on that date. Besides that the website indicated my order would be sent on same date. Too bad!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
