Site was easy to shop. The one thing I wish is that I could have chosen a ribbon color for the basket. It is for my niece's volleyball state tournament and wanted to have her school color on the basket. I called customer service and asked if they would put the blue ribbon on when tying up the cellophane. When I called the hotel where it was delivered, I asked the front desk girl if there was a blue ribbon on the basket. She said no, that it was fall colors on the ribbon. It's not huge deal, but for the price, it would be a good feature to offer a ribbon color choice.

I ordered flowers to be delivered in Nov., but were delivered next day in Oct. Customer service corrected the problem, and flowers were delivered again in Nov. For no extra charge.
Delivery driver was kind and courteous.

I paid extra for my order to be delivered same day and it wasn't! I have used fromyouflowers a few times before and my order was always delivered on time. I don't know what happened this time, but I am not happy with this order. Not sure if I will order from this site again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
