I believe the person I spoke to was Debbie on the phone while I was making my order online. I am just happy that my daughter will be able to receive her roses on her birthday.
Today is the 12th of November. My daughter did not receive the 2 dozen rainbow roses that I ordered. It was human error. They put the correct card saying it was 2 dozen rainbow roses but in the wrong arrangement. She received 9 tulips, 4 roses and flowers. She did get the vase and chocolate. I was told that I would get 30% returned back to my card and 10.00 gift card on my next purchase. I just think I should have gotten all of my money back except for the chocolate because my order was wrong. I know the representative did offer to send the roses again but her birthday was today. I paid extra and she still didn't get her roses. Although the staff was helpful but I don't know if I would use your company again.

I paid extra for the expedited service, with guaranteed delivery before noon. I called at 11:50, but was kept on hold until noon. Delivery had not occurred. The agent acted as if refunding the expedite fee was some big favor. Eventually she offered a $10 gift card to make up for my "inconvenience. The thing is, had cost been a factor, I would not have paid extra in the first place. But she assured me that it was on the truck for delivery. At 1:15, it was still not delivered. I called again. I was told it would be delivered in "10 minutes at most.". At 1:40, the delivery man called me for directions, despite having an address right to the room number. When I expressed displeasure that my gift was STILL undelivered, he asked if I was cancelling the order. I told him "no", vehemently. The gift was finally delivered at 2:00 pm, two hours after the "guaranteed" delivery time, and five minutes before my daughter was schedule to spend the rest of the day in conference.

I am at a total loss on the Vase. I purchased a digital picture vase because i thought the image was going to be painted or printed on the glass vase. When we received the package it was a poor quality print on 8.5X11 plain paper. Why the heck is your website presenting this as a frosted/painted vase when it is plain glass...?
Site was easy to shop. The one thing I wish is that I could have chosen a ribbon color for the basket. It is for my niece's volleyball state tournament and wanted to have her school color on the basket. I called customer service and asked if they would put the blue ribbon on when tying up the cellophane. When I called the hotel where it was delivered, I asked the front desk girl if there was a blue ribbon on the basket. She said no, that it was fall colors on the ribbon. It's not huge deal, but for the price, it would be a good feature to offer a ribbon color choice.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
