Easy way to order flowers!
I ordered flowers for my wife, 3 days after our anniversary, she still does not have them. Customer service is awful! Please save your money, go somewhere else.
Shipping was fast and in a timely manner, but the only concern I've had was that the actual flowers received was not up to spec with the flowers described in the buyer description. It wasn't as nice as I was expecting. I give the flowers a 5/10.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
