My best friend and I live in different states, so when she had surgery the other day I wasnt able to be there with her. I wanted to send her flowers to show that I was thinking of her, but I'd never sent someone flowers before (as opposed to buying and delivering then myself) and I was really nervous about the whole process.
You made it so easy, and she LOVED the flowers. She sent me a picture of them and they looked just the website photo. She said they were beautiful and made her feel special and loved. Mission accomplished.

I did not realize that with next day service the flowers were going to be delived in a box and the recipient had to cut and arrangE them themselves. Not satisfied with that at all!

I sent the flowers to my daughter for Veterans Day. I ordered the middle size. She sent me a picture and I was a little disappointed. There was a lot of greenery and not as many flowers as I was expecting based on the price I paid. She was happy with them.
I paid for expedited delivery but the flowers were not delivered until after my daughter in law had her citizenship ceremony. I was disappointed because it was a very important day for her and since I could not attend I wanted her to know how much I wished I could have been there.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
