I like the convenience of the shopping and options to have it delivered quickly, but there are a lot of charges, $14.99 for handling, 2.99 for same day, and then another $4.99 for expedited. I wish it wasn't so expensive.
I would rather have known about the fees up front before picking an arrangement. Even though the arrangement that was received was ok...it did not look at all like the one I ordered. So buyer BEWARE
The shipping and handling is way toooo expensive. It doesnt even seem like you save anything with the coupons if the site is gonna tack on $13 for shipping and handling. ALso $2 for same day delivery is unacceptable

Initial website activity and purchase was effortless. However when the order was not delivered by the guaranteed 12:00 pm time (initiated by a $4.99 charge), I contacted customer service. The courteous service rep contacted the florist assigned to the order and received information about the delivery, which was on route. The guarantee fee was deducted from my order and the order was delivered shortly thereafter. Prompt and courteous customer service will go a long way in future purchases with your company.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
