My order was not delivered at all until I contacted them 13 days later. If I had not called the order would never have been delivered and I would have paid for nothing! The customer service did not know what happened. They need to hire a staff person to follow up with the local florists to ensure that their paid orders are actually delivered. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
I appreciate being able to send my mom flowers for her birthday, but quality could be better she said.

Did not like the fact that you didn't find out about the service and handling fee until the very end. My daughter received her flowers and they were not what was pictured. Highly disappointed for the price I paid. Not the vase pictured, which was a selling point. Very small arrangement. Roses already bloomed while rest of flowers have not. I would never order again online.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
