I ordered. A standing flower arrangement for my brother's. Funeral. I was very disappointed with it. It did not look like the picture. It looked totally cheap. They looked half dead. The bottom flowers were drooping I also paid extra for a ribbon with brother on it@ it looked like a 1st grader wrote it. It was glued or some thing to the bottom of the arrangement.
Very embarrassed.I will not use this company again

Flowers were pretty, online site was very easy to navigate and the price was good. Thank You. As a followup on the order. The delivery was on time but the delivering person was not very polite. My daughter saw her come in to the shop and was walking up to her when another employee asked the person who she wanted and when she said that she would get her the delivery person said to hurry she did not have all day. That is very rude and unprofessional. Other than that everything was fantastic.
My wife received the flowers around 7:00pm. There was a knock on the door. When she opened the door, the box was sitting against the wall with no one there. She carried the box and carefully opened it. It was upside down. The roses were ziptied to the box. The rose stems were wrapped in plastic wrap ( no water) and stuck in an empty vase. If the flowers were on the truck all day, they weren't in any water the whole day. When I\she unwrapped the roses, a few of them were totally brown on the edges and some were already losing their petals. I was very disappointed on how they were packaged and handled.
Overall great bang for your buck. I would recommend it any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
